Documents to be submitted:

1. Copy of certificate of firm and company registration.

2. Copy of Permanent Account Number or Value Added Tax Registration Certificate.

3. A copy of the tax payment certificate or a copy of the tax statement filed for FY 2080/081.

4. A copy of the certificate confirming that they are authorized dealers and distributors.

Conditions:

1. No action will be taken on the application submitted before the deadline, the certified copy of the necessary documents is not attached or the application is not delivered properly. local

2. A separate application has to be registered for each item and service etc.

3. Listed companies can be removed from the list if they do not provide satisfactory services and goods.

4. All rights to list or not will be vested in this company.

5. If there is a public holiday on the last day of the list data, the application can be registered on the next day during office hours.
