This notice is published for the information of experienced and interested firms, companies, consultants, service providers or suppliers who have obtained approval to transact the related business for the purpose of supplying the goods and various types of services required for this financial institution in the fiscal year 2082/83. This notice is published for the information of all concerned to register the application through electronic technology https://ves.skbbl.com.np by attaching the necessary documents within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice for registration in the existing list from the firms, companies and organizations licensed to supply the following goods and services.

Details of goods and services to be supplied

1. Printing of stationery, stationery and retail goods supply, magazine supply, various brochures, hoarding boards, sign boards, flex, banner related works and magazine and book design, video shooting, handicraft gift items and retail goods supply work.

2. Supply and repair of office supplies, various types of computers, laptops, printers, scanners, LCDs, faxes, projectors and UPS, inverters, generators, ACs, batteries, renewable/solar energy devices, CCTV cameras, fans, vacuum cleaners, refrigerators, and other electrical and electronic as well as information technology related equipment.

3. Domestic and international air ticket supply work.

4. Supply and repair work related to various types of wooden and steel furniture items, safes, room partitions, etc., repair and supply work related to curtains, carpets, doormats, sofa covers, carpeting, flooring items, hardware and fitting work.

5. Electricity, internal telephone extension, plumbing related goods supply and repair work, drinking water supply work, sanitation goods supply work.

6. Repair and supply of fire control and safety related equipment and other materials.

7. Courier services, shipping services, transport-related services, security services, insurance services, event management services, hotel and catering services, photography-related services.

8. Supply and repair of vehicles, vehicle parts,

9. Various types of information and advertising production, publication and broadcasting and advertising agency related work.

10. External consulting services and other service-related work.

11. Cleaning services, garden/nursery management services, laundry services, sewerage and sanitary services.

12. Activities related to buying and selling old goods.

13. Software supply and upgrading, email/internet related work, server supply and maintenance related work.

14. Information technology and computer engineering services, networking services, system audit services, and other information technology-related services.

15. Building construction services, grill works, construction and other maintenance related works.

16. Supply of other goods and services and construction work.

Documents to be submitted with the list registration:

(a) Certificate of renewal of registration of organization or firm,

(b) Certificate of registration of Value Added Tax or Permanent Account Number,

(c) Certificate of tax payment for the previous fiscal year,

(d) For which purchase is the application to be made to be registered in the existing list, if a license is required for that work, a copy of it,

(e) Self-declaration that one is not blacklisted and is not ineligible for public procurement work,

More information:

All rights to list or not to list shall remain vested in this financial institution and the financial institution shall not be obligated to inform all listed firms.

Financial institutions will be able to purchase goods or services from listed firms through quotations or bidding as needed.

If a listed firm or company fails to provide satisfactory service or deliver goods, it may be removed from the list without notice. No claim can be made against this.
