Notice regarding registration of firm list

Since the Corporation needs to register its list for the purpose of purchasing the required goods and services repeatedly, taking services and carrying out construction/repair work in the FY 2082/083, the licensed suppliers, firms and companies willing to supply the said goods and services are requested to register their list at the Central Office of the Corporation, Kalimati within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of first publication of this notice in Gorkhapatra, along with a certified copy of the Firm Registration Certificate, Permanent Account Number (PAN) Registration Certificate, Tax Clearance Certificate of FY 080/81 and Value Added Tax Registration Certificate, and if applicable, a certified copy of the same. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned. The application form for registering a firm will be available free of charge from the Kalimati office of the Corporation. The application sample has also been pasted on the notice board of the Corporation.

A firm or company desirous of being listed for any of the above-mentioned works shall submit an application for more than one service or work in a separate application form in a separate envelope. The Corporation shall have the right to accept or reject all the registered firms in whole or in part.
