This organization has to repeatedly procure the services related to the purchase of consumables, purchase of medicines and surgical supplies, printing, courier services, furniture fixtures and office supplies as required for the fiscal year 082/083. Therefore, the registered firms, companies and organizations interested in doing the related business are requested to register a separate list of each service by sending a proposal, accompanied by a certified copy of the firm registration certificate, PAN/VAT registration certificate, copy of citizenship and tax payment certificates, to the branch office of this organization, Butwal, by the end of Ashar, 2082. This public notice has been published to register a separate list of each service. Applications received after the due date and after the deadline will not be accepted. The right to accept / reject the received proposal will be reserved to this organization.
