This notice has been published for firms and suppliers interested in supplying the following materials and services for the year 2082/083 for the internal and partnership projects run by this organization. You are invited to register with the necessary documents and quotations.

Required services and materials:

2. Hotel services including food, snacks, accommodation, training hall.

3. Masalanda, photocopies and other sports and stationery materials.

4. Flex printing, hoarding boards and various painting related work.

5. Various printing related work including posters, brochures, bulletins.

6. Car rental, transportation and shipping services.

7. Electronic and electrical services and materials, including computers, printers, cameras, telephones, and the Internet.

8. Car, bike, scooter servicing (repair) services and materials.

. Insurance services (employee accident, health and treatment, vehicle insurance services and other agricultural and livestock insurance).

9 10. Agricultural and animal husbandry materials and tools (beekeeping, mushroom farming materials, vegetable, seed and other agricultural materials producing and selling firms, agrovets, suppliers, etc.).

11. Nursery for the production of advanced varieties of fruits, grass seeds and seedlings.

12. Improved breeds of mother goats and goats and other domesticated animals.

13. Vermicompost and inorganic fertilizer production, agro equipment and various biological essentials and organisms.

Preferred documents to be attached with the letter of intent:

1. Application for listing

2. Copy of firm registration and renewal certificate.

3. Copy of Permanent Account Number (PAN) or Value Added Tax (VAT) Data Certificate.

4. Copy of tax payment certificate.

5. Vehicle renewal documents and driver's licenses for vehicle rental, transportation and shipping services.

1. No action will be taken against suppliers who do not comply with the requirements.

2. The organization shall have the sole right to investigate the application and approve or reject it.
