Notice regarding registration of list

Notice Published Date : 2082/03/19

As the list of suppliers of goods and services required by this company for the financial year 2082/083 is to be compiled, the licensed registered firms and companies desirous of being registered in the existing list should submit separate applications for each supply and service they wish to perform, along with the following documents, to the company's central office, Dnyaneshwor, Kathmandu, within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice. No action will be taken on applications received after the deadline.

Goods and services to be supplied/provided:

1. Printing related work.

2. Stationery items (related to stationery and office operations)

3. Computers, faxes, telephone sets, scanners, photocopy machines, printers, printer cartridges, toner and toner refilling, all spare parts.

4. Courier service (internal and external).

5. Ladies and Jens office bags, different types of T-Shirts, Raincoats and umbrellas.

6. Drinking water supply (jar).

7. Various services related to ticketing, tours and travels (internal and external).

8. UPS and Inverter.

9. Insurance services, group health insurance, motor insurance, transit and cash insurance, and fixed property insurance.

10. Annual Maintenance Service-AMC (Air Conditioner, Computer, Plumbing, Printer, Photocopy Machine and Electrical Repair Services etc.).

11. Internet service provider.

18. Repair and supply of furniture and furnishing related items.

Documents to be submitted:

1. Copy of the firm and company registration certificate.

2. Copy of VAT/PAN registration certificate.

3. Copy of tax payment certificate or tax return filing certificate for FY 2080/81.

4. Copy of certificate confirming that you are an authorized dealer or distributor.

The Company reserves the right to accept or reject all applications received for the above-mentioned goods and services, in whole or in part. The Company shall not be bound to list all the firms and companies that have submitted applications for listing. The Company shall not be bound to purchase only from the listed companies.
