Notice regarding the listing of Rapti Eye Hospital, Lamahi Eye Hospital, Chand (Kale Babu) Narayani Eye Hospital!

This notice has been published to list licensed suppliers willing to supply, along with their rates, surgical supplies, lenses required for surgery, clinical lab and reagent materials, and medicines for camps and internal sponsorship, on a quarterly basis for the Rapti Eye Hospital and its associated eye treatment centers run by Nepal Netrajyoti Sangh in the fiscal year 2062/063.

1. Interested firms, companies and organizations must be registered with Rapti Eye Hospital, Chand (Kalebaz) Narayani Eye Hospital or Lamahi Eye Hospital by 2082 Ashadh 8, along with the rates.

2. The hospital may purchase from the listed firms, companies and organizations as per the hospital's requirements as per the quarterly plan.

3. Proposals should be submitted with the proposed rate valid for at least four months, but preference will be given to companies, firms and organizations that submit rates proposed for a longer period.

4. Detailed terms and conditions are mentioned in the listed form.

5. The proposed form can be purchased by depositing Rs. 1500/00 (one thousand five hundred in characters) at Rastriya Banijya Bank, Rapti Eye Hospital, Tulsipur, Account No. 4160100004431001 or by paying cash. While submitting the form, the bank voucher of 1500100 deposited or the hospital cash receipt can be attached and deposited at Rapti Eye Hospital or Chand (Kalevav) Narayani Eye Hospital or Lamahi Eye Hospital.

6. The right to list or not, or to proceed with or cancel this entire process, shall be vested in the Procurement and Quality Assurance Committee.
