This notice has been published to list the companies/firms who are willing to be listed as authorized sellers of the manufacturing companies of the concerned manufacturing companies in the year 2082/083 as proprietary goods (Close Items) to be used in the machinery equipment of this Pyuthan Hospital as per Section 41 C of the Public Procurement Act 2063 and Rule 85 D of the Regulations 2064 along with the renewal of the firm registration certificate, the certificate of the authorized seller of the concerned company and the tax payment certificate of the year 2081/082 along with the rates of the goods, chemicals, etc. to be used or used in the mentioned machines within the 15th (fifteenth) day from the date of publication of the notice or the next day if that day is a public holiday. If the rates of more than one authorized seller of the same company supplying the mentioned goods are submitted, arrangements will be made for the supply of the goods by making an agreement with the supplier who offers the lowest rate. No action will be taken against the applications that do not submit the necessary documents and are received after the deadline.
