Notice regarding registration of existing list

For this Eastern University Teaching Hospital, a list has to be prepared from the concerned service providers as per the prevailing law for the services and works required in the financial year 2082/083 as per the details, therefore, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned to register with the Eastern University Teaching Hospital, Gothgaun, Gaun, Morad within 15 (fifteen) days along with a separate application for each group, attaching certified copies of the documents such as the certificate of firm registration, value added tax registration certificate, tax payment certificate of financial year 2080/081, self-declaration letter not being blacklisted.

2) Regarding stationery and office supplies

3) Regarding printing

4) Machinery and equipment (computers, printers and parts, UPS, internet and electronics, networking equipment)

5) Wood and steel furniture and furnishing related

6) Newspapers and books

7) Electrical construction related

(b) Maintenance:

1) Vehicles (motorcycles, four-wheeler parts and tires)

2) Computers, printers, photocopiers, internet, UPS, inverters, etc.

3) Furniture and Furnishing

4) Electrical goods and electrification related

5) Building and physical structure, maintenance, painting related

(c) towards services and consultancy:

1) Regarding the operation and management of training, seminars, and conferences

2) Software development related

3) Vehicle rental and transportation

4) Telephone, CCTV camera and related works

5) Information, advertisement publication/broadcasting and internet service related

For the above-mentioned procurement, supply, maintenance, service and consultancy related works, separate applications must be submitted under Groups A, B, and C.

a) The full right to accept or reject the applications received shall be reserved at Purbanchal University Teaching Hospital, Gothgaun, Morang.

b) The Office reserves the right to involve appropriate parties in the procurement and service process as per its needs from among the suppliers and service providers listed in the existing list.

c) Applications received after the specified time will be considered invalid.
