Notice regarding registration of existing list

For the year 2082/083, interested individuals, organizations or companies, as per Section 6A of the Public Procurement Act 2063, to supply, maintain and provide services as per the details required by this office, should register their list and submit an application, organization or firm registration certificate, tax payment of the year 2080/081 and a photocopy of the extension of the deadline of the year 2081/082, along with details of the goods or maintenance to be supplied by them and documents of eligibility as per Section 10, Sub-section 2 of the Public Procurement Act 2063, to this Supply Center in hard copy and via the email of this center. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned.

3. Supply and maintain furniture, furnishings and fixtures.

4. Supply and repair of electronics, electrical and communication related goods.

5. Supply of medicines, pharmaceutical products and medical equipment and repair of equipment.

6. Supply and repair of computers, laptops, printers, photocopy machines, toners.

7. Perform work related to software development, repair and maintenance.

8. Supply and repair of vehicle and motorcycle parts.

9. Telephone maintenance.

Cable and Internet related work.

Perform generator repair and maintenance work.

For courier service.

Doing advertising work.

Supply of drinking water tankers, jars and mineral bottles.

Advocacy and legal consulting services.

Carrying out work related to transportation.

17. Contract, construction, office building painting and repair work.

Conditions:

1. The firm, company or organization must declare itself as not being disqualified or blacklisted under the prevailing law and submit the application.

2. The correspondence address and contact number of the individual, company, firm or organization must be mentioned.

3. The office will not be obligated to award work to all listed construction contractors/suppliers/consultants/companies/institutions.

4. If an individual, company, firm or organization wishes to provide two or more services, a separate application must be submitted via hardcopy or email for each service.
