In accordance with Rule 18 of the Public Procurement Regulations 2064 (Amended), for the procurement related work to be carried out by a public body as specified in the same Act, separate lists should be prepared according to the nature of the procurement. In accordance with the provision, this notice has been published for suppliers, construction professionals, consultants, non-governmental organizations, service providers and individuals interested in carrying out the detailed procurement related work to be carried out by this hospital in the financial year 2082/083 to submit their lists separately for registration in the format of Schedule 2 (a).

Works related to spare parts and repairs of vehicles and their equipment.

Works related to the purchase and maintenance of machinery and tools.

Advertising, information publishing and broadcasting related activities.

Procurement of medicines, surgical supplies, lab, chemicals, reagents, M.R.I., C.T. and DR X-ray films.

Public construction and maintenance related works.

Various other procurement-related tasks prescribed by the Public Procurement Act and Regulations.

1. Copies of the following documents must be attached with the application.

A. Certificate of registration of organization or firm

b. Permanent Account Number or Value Added Tax Registration Certificate,

C. Tax payment certificate for the fiscal year 2082/083,

D. In the case of an individual, a copy of the citizenship certificate,

E. Documents or evidence showing that the group is qualified and capable of performing the work of the group seeking to be listed.

F. Business license as required.

2. The hospital may involve those listed in the existing list in the procurement process as per the nature of the work and within the scope of the Act and Rules as per the requirement.

3. In cases other than those mentioned, the Public Procurement Act and Regulations and other prevailing laws will apply.
