Notice regarding listing

First issue published date:- 2082.3.24

As per Rule 18 of the Public Procurement Regulations 2064, this campus has to purchase the required goods, maintenance and consultancy services as per the details for the financial year 2082/083 repeatedly, so this notice has been published for the interested firms, companies or organizations who have met the qualifications to register their list by 2082.4.23. While registering the list, a copy of the firm registration certificate, permanent account statement and tax payment certificate for the financial year 2080/081 should be submitted along with it. It is also informed that a copy of the tax payment and renewal certificates for the financial year 2081/082 should be submitted within 3 months of the registration of the list.

6. Construction, repair and painting work

7. Scientific equipment, including chemical glassware, and other laboratory supplies.

9. Vehicle maintenance and repair materials

10. Consulting services

11. Hotels and restaurants

Note :

A. No action will be taken on applications submitted after the deadline, without the necessary documents and without the required formalities.

B. If you wish to submit more than one application, you will have to register separate applications.

C. The application for which work is being submitted must be clearly stated.

D. The application for contact must clearly state the contact person, address, and phone number.

E. Information is provided that the lists submitted for registration have been listed.

F. The campus reserves the right to list or not list the lists received.
