Notice regarding registration of inventory

This notice has been published for the information of all concerned. Interested registered firms/companies who have been approved to transact the relevant business for the purpose of supplying/flowing the goods and services mentioned in the details required by this company for the financial year 2082/83 should register their application along with a copy of their registration certificate, Permanent Account Number (PAN) registration certificate or Value Added Tax (VAT) registration certificate, tax payment certificate and work efficiency experience certificate by 2082/03/25 to the General Services Department of this company or by email to [email protected].

Other information:

Only those vendor firms and companies that are deemed eligible among those who apply for listing will be listed. Such listing will be based on the details submitted, capacity, experience and expertise.

All required documents, copies of experience certificates and other documents must be submitted at the time of registration.

To purchase goods and services as per the needs of this company from the listed vendors and firms, a request can be made to participate in the work through quotations or bidding.

The listed firms will be notified of their listing through a letter and may also enter into an annual agreement.

If the listed companies and firms do not supply satisfactory services and goods, their names may be removed from the list without notice. No claim can be made against this. All rights regarding listing or not shall remain vested in this company.

Suppliers who have submitted applications to one group will not be allowed to submit applications to another group. If it is proven that the founder of the same company/firm has also submitted applications from another company/firm, both applications will be cancelled.

The application form for listing can be obtained from the company's office at Kamaladi, Kathmandu or downloaded from the company's website: www.prabhucapital.com. The application form registration fee is Rs. 500/-.

If further information is required, information can be obtained from the Administration Department of this company's office in Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
