Notice regarding registration of list for supply of materials and services

Since a separate list of available supplies is required for the Pokhara University Teaching Hospital in the fiscal year 2082/83, the interested licensed person, firm, organization or company should submit a certificate of renewal of the firm registration, VAT registration certificate (in case of not being registered for VAT tax, its official document), tax payment certificate up to FY 2080/81, stating the work they want to do, writing their contact number and address, and registering the list at the office of Pokhara University Teaching Hospital with a separate application for each work. It is also informed that the application received for registration of the list by attaching the duly mentioned documents will be registered throughout the current fiscal year.

Tapasilah

1. To supply stationery, stationery, newspapers and books.

2. To perform printing-related work.

3. To provide furniture and carry out repairs.

4. Providing furnishing and hospital clothing.

To provide, refill and repair electronic equipment and office equipment (computers, printers, photocopy machines, UPS, fax machines, internet, toners, etc.).

6. To provide and maintain hospital equipment (including laboratory equipment).

To provide hospital laboratory chemicals.

To supply and repair spare parts for vehicles (Scorpio Jeep).

10. To attend and work as requested for repairs under plumbing services.
