Notice on being listed as an authorized supplier (seller) and submitting rates

Companies/firms interested in being listed as authorized sellers of the manufacturing companies of the concerned manufacturing companies for the purpose of purchasing the proprietary goods (Close Items) used in the machinery equipment specified in this Palpa Hospital in the year 2082/083 as per Section 41 (c) of the Public Procurement Act 2063 and Rule 85 (3) of the Regulations 2064 should submit their firm registration certificate with renewal, C.A.C. registration certificate of the concerned company, authorized seller certificate and copies of the tax payment certificate of the last fiscal year along with the rates of the materials used in the mentioned machines, films, chemicals, etc. within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of the notice. If the said day is a public holiday, then the next day will be the next day. If the rates of more than one authorized seller of the same company supplying the mentioned goods are submitted, arrangements will be made for the supply of the goods by making an agreement with the supplier who offers the lowest rate. No action will be taken on applications that do not include the required documents and that are received after the deadline.
