As this office is required to register a list for the supply of goods and services as per the details in the financial year 2082/083, the licensee for the relevant work must submit an application for registration of the list to this office within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice along with a copy of the income tax and value added tax registration certificate and proof of payment of tax for the last financial year. This notice has been published to submit an application for registration of the list to this office within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice. If the same firm/company has to submit an application for more than one work, separate applications will have to be submitted. This office will have the right to select from the applications received.
