Notice regarding being listed on the current list for public procurement work!!

In accordance with the provisions of Section 6 (a) of the Public Procurement Act, 2063, and Rule 19 of the Public Procurement Regulations of this Municipality, 2081, for the procurement of materials and services required for the regular operation and implementation of programs by the Office of the Village Executive of Pachaljharana Rural Municipality in the fiscal year 2082/83, an existing list must be prepared for the procurement work. Individuals, organizations, suppliers, construction entrepreneurs, consultants, non-governmental organizations or service providers who wish to be registered or updated in the existing list may submit an application to the Office of the Village Executive, specifying the group, within the middle of Shravan from the date of publication of the notice, along with the necessary documents for the purpose of being listed.

1. Documents required along with the application:

(a) Certificate of registration of organization or firm (including renewal)

(b) Tax payment certificate

(c) Permanent Account Number or Value Added Tax Registration Certificate

3. In the case of other procurements not covered by this notice, the Public Procurement Act and Regulations and prevailing laws related to economic administration will apply.
