Notice regarding registration in the annual supplier inventory list

This notice has been published for the information of all concerned, for the purpose of supplying/flowing the goods and services mentioned in the details required for the fiscal year 2082/083 to this national level financial institution, which has obtained a 'D' class license from Nepal Rastra Bank, from interested registered firms/companies having at least 3 (three) years of work experience and having obtained approval to transact in the relevant subject, to apply for registration in the existing list within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice through [email protected] or at the central office of this financial institution, Pokhara-8, New Road, Kaski.

Documents to be submitted with the application:

2. Copy of firm/company registration certificate.

3. Copy of Permanent Account Number Registration Certificate.

4. Copy of tax payment certificate.

5. Certificate proving other work experience.

Goods to be supplied and services to be provided:

Group A: Office Equipment

1. Computers, laptops, tablets, printers/photocopy machines, scanners, check writers, vaults (safes), servers and other devices.

2. Power backup (battery, inverter, solar, UPS) related equipment.

3. Other electrical, electronic and hardware related equipment.

Group B: Furniture and other services

1. Printing, visiting/ID cards, stamp related works.

2. Stationery and retail goods.

Group C: Printing and Publishing

1. Printer ribbon, toner, cartridge, ink and other refilling related tasks. 2.

Vehicle repair.

3. Repair of computers, laptops, printers, power backups, etc. 4. Repair of other property, including furniture.

5. Repair of servers, CCTV, ACs and other computer networking, electrical and electronics related equipment.

Group D: Maintenance

1. Wooden and metal furniture/furnishings, curtains, carpets and other materials.

Group E: Promotion

Other additional information:

1. Only those firms and companies that are deemed suitable from among the applications received for listing will be listed. Such listing will be based on the details, capabilities, experience and skills submitted.

2. Quotations will be requested through letter from the listed vendors and firms to purchase goods and services as per the financial institution's requirements, and a purchase order will be sent to the firm/company that the financial institution deems suitable from among the quotations received to supply the goods.

3. The listed information will be posted on the financial institution's website www.nmbmicrofinance.com and will also be communicated by phone or email.

4. If the goods and services provided by the listed companies and firms do not comply with the specified quality and standards or if the work performance is not satisfactory, the company and firm may be removed from the list of goods and services providers without prior notice. No claim can be made against this.
