Notice regarding registration of list of firms/companies supplying required goods and services for FY 2082/83

As this company needs to register a list of registered firms and companies willing to supply and distribute the goods and services mentioned in the details in the financial year 2082/83, we request you to send a list registration application stating the details of the goods and services to be supplied and distributed by you, along with the list registration application, within 15 (fifteen) (2082/02/28 to 2082/03/11) days from the date of publication of this notice in accordance with the following conditions, in a sealed envelope, clearly mentioning the subject, to the central office of NIMB S Capital Limited, Lazimpat Uttardhokha. This company reserves the right to accept or reject the application for list registration received without giving any reason. Also, if you need any further information regarding registration, you are requested to contact this office within 15 (fifteen) (2082/02/28 to 2082/03/11) days from the date of publication of this notice.

Documents and conditions to be submitted with the application for list registration:

1. Application for registration of the list with details. 2. Certified copy of citizenship certificate.

3. Firm or company Permanent Account Number (PAN)/Value Added Tax up to 80/81

Registration certificate of the department.

4. Tax payment certificate for FY 80/81.

5. Copies of performance and evaluation letters (if any).

6. When submitting an application on behalf of a firm (sole or joint) wishing to be listed, the application must be submitted by the proprietor/partner and, in the case of a company, by a person authorized by the decision of the board of directors.

7. Must not have been blacklisted in the past.
