Notice regarding the listing of firms/companies supplying goods and services required by the Capital in the fiscal year 2082/083

This NIC Asia Capital Limited has to register a list of interested registered firms/companies who have obtained approval to transact the relevant business for the purpose of supplying/distributing the goods and services mentioned in the schedule required for the financial year 2082/083. Therefore, an application including details of the goods and services to be supplied/distributed, firm/company registration certificate, updated details of the firm/company, renewed certificate, tax payment certificate of the last financial year, permanent account number (PAN) certificate, value added tax (VAT) registration certificate, value added tax (VAT) details submitted (Regular VAT Return & Payment), financial statements of the past one year, and a letter stating that the company is not included in the black list of the Credit Information Center has been published for the information of all concerned. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned to register with the General Services Department of this Capital within the office hours on this date 2082/03/18.

1. Only those vendor firms and companies that are deemed eligible from among those who have registered applications for listing will be listed. The details submitted, capacity, experience and expertise will be taken into account when listing.

2. All necessary documents, copies of experience certificates and other documents must be submitted at the time of registration.

3. To procure goods and services as per the requirements of this capital, requests may be made to participate in the work through quotations, bids, or bidding from listed vendors and firms.

4. Listed firms/companies will be informed of their listing and an annual agreement may also be made.

5. If the listed companies and firms do not provide satisfactory service and supply goods on time, they may be removed from the list without notice. No claim or objection can be made against this. All rights regarding listing or not will be vested in this capital.

6. Along with the application, an original bank voucher showing a non-refundable deposit of Rs. 1,000/- (One thousand in characters only) in the name of this company's account held at NIC Asia Bank Ltd. NIC ASIA Capital Limited Account No. 5441451025524001 should be attached.
