Information regarding registration in the existing list

Since it is necessary to prepare a list in accordance with the Public Procurement Act 2063 (amended in 2075) and the Public Procurement Regulations 2064 (with seven amendments in 2076) and the Financial Regulations of this organization 2074 to supply the services required in the fiscal year 2082.083 for this office and the Provincial Blood Transfusion Service Pokhara and projects operated by this office as per the details, the interested registered individuals, firms, organizations or companies who have met the qualifications as per the following and have obtained a license for the related work should submit an application for registration of the list to this office within 15 days from the date of first publication of this notice, stating the rates of the goods to be supplied and the services and works to be provided. This notice has been published.

Details of goods and services to be supplied:

1. Purchase and repair of blood transfusion related blood bags, reagents, and other lab supplies and laboratory equipment.

2, Printing and stationery supplies, Hotel services, Vehicle spare parts and repairs, Computers, Printers, Furniture and Furnishings, Purchase and repair of electrical equipment,

3. Disaster relief materials include food and non-food items (tents, blankets, mats, cooking utensils) and food items.

4, Pipes, fittings, wire mesh, rods, cement, improved iron stoves, logo plates related to water supply and sanitation projects,

5. All materials including transportation and vehicles.

6. Regular office cleaning supplies.

Required documents to be submitted with the application:

1) Copy of firm, company registration, permanent account number, value added tax registration certificate,

2) Copy of tax payment certificate up to fiscal year 2080.081.

3) Rates of services, facilities and materials to be provided.

Other information:

1) Applications received after the deadline or without the required formalities will not be registered.

2)

Listed companies and firms may be removed from the list if they do not provide satisfactory services and goods. No claims can be made against this.

3) Address this office on your firm's letterhead, stating the group and work you wish to do, along with your address, contact number, email, and fax number, and write "Financial" on the outside of the envelope.

The application should be submitted mentioning "List Registration Application for the Year 2082.083".

You must clearly state the group you are applying to list and the activities that fall under that content. You must also attach a document that authorizes you to perform that activity.

5)

You are requested to submit a quotation indicating which companies can provide services and materials at what rates.
