Notice regarding registration in the standing list

This notice has been published to invite interested and licensed individuals, firms, organizations or companies who have met the following qualifications for the current list registration work in accordance with the Public Procurement Act and Public Procurement Regulations, 2064 and the Financial Administration and Procurement Regulations of the Corporation to supply various goods and services as per the details for the fiscal year 2082.83 and submit an application for list registration to the central office of the Corporation by affixing a stamp of Rs.10.- stating the separate details of the goods and services to be provided and the services and works to be provided among the following goods and services.

Stationery (paper, cleaning supplies) etc.

Printing and binding related work, newspaper and book supply related work, etc.

Electrical goods such as fans, refrigerators, microphones, heaters, air conditioners, 3. Chime wires and wiring EPBAX, inverters, converters, regulators, battery chargers and related spare parts, etc.

Details to be submitted by the applicant:

1. Certified copies of the Permanent Account Number, VAT Registration Certificate of the individual, firm, company,

2. Certified copies of tax payment certificates for the fiscal year 2081.82 or proof of advance tax payment,

3. Separate applications will be required for the above-mentioned groups,

4. In the case of an individual, a copy of the citizenship certificate,

5. Documents or evidence that demonstrate that the group is qualified and capable of performing the work for which it wishes to be listed.

In the case of other matters not covered in this notice, the Public Procurement Act and Regulations and prevailing Nepalese laws shall apply.

In the application, the applicant must declare that the work undertaken to be performed as per the agreement with any public body has not been left incomplete or that there are no outstanding taxes, fees, or liabilities to be paid to any public body, and that there are no restrictions or blacklists on such work under the prevailing law.

Note: Service providers interested in providing the above-mentioned goods/repair and consulting services will have to register separate applications for goods/repair and consulting services. Applications received after the due date and time will not be accepted. The Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject the applications received.
