For the financial year 2082/083, experienced interested persons, firms and companies who have received approval to supply and transact the goods and services required by this bank for the financial year 2082/083 shall open the details of the goods and services to be supplied by them and enclose the list with the required application for registration, clearly stating that the list will be registered on the outside of the envelope, subject to the following conditions and notification to this bank within 30 (thirty) days from the date of this publication. This information has been published for the information of all those concerned to register at the General Services Department at the Central Office, Darwarmarg, Kathmandu. If you need more information in this regard, you are requested to contact the general service department of this bank at the central office, Darwarmarg, Kathmandu during office hours. 1. Attested copy of Nepali citizenship certificate in case of person who wants to be listed-1

2. Attested copy of registration certificate in case of firm and company-1

3. Attested copy of Permanent Account Number and Value Added Tax Registration Certificate-1

4. Attested copy of Taxpayer Certificate-1

5. Copy of performance and evaluation letters (if any).

6. On submission of application on behalf of a firm (sole or joint) desiring to be listed, the Proprietor Partner and Director in case of a company

The person authorized by the decision of the committee must sign and submit the application.

PS :- As mentioned above, A.W. For 2082/083, the suppliers of goods and services needed by the bank annually will be procured from the short list of the suppliers, based on the applications received from the interested individuals, firms, and companies. All the rights to accept or reject the application received regarding the list registration, with or without giving any reason, will be vested in this bank.
