Therefore, a separate sealed application for the work they want to do, including details of the goods and services to be supplied/provided, firm/company registration certificate/permanent account number (PAN) registration certificate, value added tax (VAT) registration, tax payment certificate for the last fiscal year, and certificate of work efficiency and experience, should be registered at the Head Office of this company, Kamaladi, Kathmandu, Management Services Department within 7 days from the date of first publication of the notice.
