For the purpose of supplying the goods and services required by Nepal Finance Limited for the fiscal year 2082/083, a list of goods and service providers will be registered. Interested licensed registered firms and companies should submit the following documents in a sealed envelope clearly legible on the outside of the envelope, stating the subject of the registration, to the Central Office of Nepal Finance Limited, Kamaladi, Kathmandu, by 20th Ashadh, 2082 BS. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned.

Required goods and services:

3. Design and supply of office furniture and furnishing related items,

4. Drinking Water Supply,

5. Letter courier service, (international and domestic),

6. Supply and maintenance of computers, printers, ATM machines, air conditioners, generators, photocopiers, UPS and batteries, spare parts,

7. Supply of printer and photocopy ink, toner and cartridges, etc.,

8. Electrification, supply, installation and maintenance of electrical equipment and devices,

9. Advertising services and advertising agency services,

10. Security guard and cleaning service,

11. Electrical and plumbing related services,

12. Employee uniform supply and tailoring works,

13. Services related to interior decoration and construction of buildings,

14. Supply and maintenance of equipment such as hoarding boards, signboards and advertising and publicity materials,

15. Supply and printing of T-shirts, bags, wall clocks, masks, etc., news

17. Consulting services,

Required documents to be submitted: now you

1. Photocopy of the firm or company registration certificate,

2. Photocopy of PAN and VAT registration certificate,

3. Photocopy of tax payment certificate for the last fiscal year,

4. If you are an authorized dealer or distributor, a photocopy of the official document confirming this,

5. Documents or details showing past work experience.

Other Terms:

1. The list registration form can be obtained from the organization's central office, Kamaladi, by paying Rs. 500/-.

2. Only suppliers who have submitted the required documents mentioned above and are deemed eligible will be shortlisted.

3. The Company shall have the sole right to complete or partially complete the work related to the above-mentioned goods and services and to list or not the applicants received.

4. If a listed company or firm fails to supply services and goods satisfactorily and on time, it may be removed from the list without notice, and no action will be taken against it.
