As per the rules of this association, separate lists have to be prepared for the procurement of goods and services required for the financial year 2082/083 repeatedly or at once. Therefore, this notice has been published for the concerned suppliers to apply within 15 (fifteen) days in the format available in the association from the interested goods and service providers to get listed.

5. Document revealing the experience of an organization or firm or individual

6. Letter of commitment to quality goods or services.

6. Telephone and PABX repair

Separate applications for each of the above-mentioned items such as supply, repair and service will have to be registered. Applications received without due date will not be accepted. This office reserves the right to approve or reject the applications received.
