For the purpose of providing the goods, construction services and consultancy services mentioned in the schedule required for the Nepal Telecommunication Authority in the financial year 2082/83, it is necessary to prepare a standing list for the purpose of Section 6 (a) of the Public Procurement Act, 2063, Rule 18 of the Public Procurement Regulations, 2064 and Regulation 22 of the Nepal Telecommunication Authority Procurement Regulations, 2073, therefore, this notice has been published inviting interested licensed registered persons/firms/companies/institutions to register their applications with this Authority in the format as per Schedule-2A of the Public Procurement Regulations, 2064. | Separate applications will have to be registered for inclusion in the list. Documents to be submitted along with the application

1. Copy of the institution registration and renewal certificate,

2. Copy of Permanent Account Number Registration Certificate news

3. Copy of Value Added Tax Registration Certificate (only for those registered for VAT),

4. Copy of tax payment certificate for FY 2080/81,

5. Copy of business license certificate (only in cases where a license is required),

6. A self-declaration application stating that one is not disqualified or blacklisted under the prevailing law,

7. Certified copy of the register of shareholders and debenture holders as per sub-section (1) of Section 46 of the Companies Act, 2063 (only in the case of organizations registered under the Companies Act).
