Notice regarding call for applications for list registration

Since the following goods and services have to be purchased repeatedly by this campus for the financial year 2082.083, a standing list of interested licensed organizations, firms, etc. who have met the qualifications as per Rule 18 of the Public Procurement Act 2063 and Public Procurement Regulations 2064 has to be prepared and listed. Therefore, all concerned are informed to prepare separate details of the works to be done related to procurement and services and contact the General Administration Branch of the campus during office hours along with the documents mentioned in the details by the middle of Ashadha.

4. Supply and repair work of various electronic goods.

5. Supply and repair of various electrical goods.

6. Supply and repair of furniture and furnishing items.

7. Supply and repair of sanitary and hardware items.

8. Sports related materials.

9. Computer related items and repair work.

10. Medicines and pharmaceutical products.

11. Construction, maintenance and grill related goods and works.

12. Tour and travel related work.

Documents to be submitted for list registration:

1. Copy of the certificate of registration of the firm or company.

2. Copy of certificate of VAT registration and permanent account number.

3. Copy of tax payment certificate for FY 2081/082.

4. With a written application, deposit Rs. 500.- in cash in the account no. 0060100000073500139 of the campus's Prime Commercial Bank Ltd. New Baneshwor along with the original voucher.

5. Self-declaration letter stating that you have not been blacklisted for any professional offense or punishment and are not allowed to perform any related work. How did you get there?

a) The right to list or not to list shall be reserved entirely to the campus. Most

b) If the performance of those listed is not satisfactory, they may be removed from the existing list.

c) In the case of matters not mentioned above, the prevailing law shall apply.
