For the services and works required by Nepal Academy for the fiscal year 2082/083 as per Section 6 (a) of the Public Procurement Act, 2063, Rule 18 of the Public Procurement Regulations, 2064 and Rule 56 of Chapter 10 of the Nepal Academy Financial Administration (Third Amendment) Regulations, 2079, interested associations, organizations, firms or companies are requested to register their list with the Procurement Branch of this office for that fiscal year by clearly filling in their correspondence address, contact person's name, phone number and email. Also, separate applications should be submitted for more than one title for the registration of the list. Information on whether or not listed will be posted on the Nepal Academy website www.nepalacademy.gov.np and on the Facebook page named Nepal Academy. (1) Stationery and cleaning related items (2) Necessary papers, ink, CTP plates, chemicals, printing machines such as: Printing offset machine (4 color sheet fed), Print production machine (Color & B/W Digital), Paper cutting machine, Sheet folding machine, Plate setter (CTP) thermal machine, Perfect book binding machine, Stitching machine, Thermal Lamination Machine, Automatic hydraulic cutter machine, Automatic folding machine, Sakurai oliver-58EII machine, Air dryer machine, Air compressor machine, Perforation machine and other machine parts (3) Various electrical related items such as chimes, fans, heaters, air conditioners, inverter parkcan chimes etc. (4) All computer related parts such as photocopiers, faxes, CCTV/Camera, intercom systems, printers, scanners, toner cartridges and related parts etc. (5) Electric and electronic tools and spare parts etc. (6) Software development, website updates and other information technology related work etc. (7) Vehicle spare parts, tubes, tires, batteries and other items (8) Miscellaneous furniture and furnishing items (9) Sound equipment (10) Gas, drinking water etc.

(b) Repair and installation

(1) Office machinery equipment (computers, CCTV cameras, faxes, telephones, photocopiers, printers, UPS, toner refills, etc.) (2) Vehicle repairs and related spare parts (3) HVAC systems, lifts, generators repairs and related spare parts (3) Furniture and furnishing related items, building painting as well as repair and maintenance of electrical items (5) Repair and maintenance of fire extinguishers and refilling, etc. how

Documents to be submitted along with the application

(1) Photocopy of firm registration certificate (2) Photocopy of permanent account number and VAT registration certificate (3) Photocopy of tax payment certificate (4) Self-declaration certificate (5) All documents of photocopy should be notarized.
