Notice regarding registration of inventory

Since this company is going to list the registered firms/companies that are willing to do business in the relevant subject for the purpose of supplying/flowing the goods and services mentioned in the necessary details for the financial year 2082/083, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned to register the details of the goods and services to be supplied, firm/company registration certificate, permanent account number (PAN) registration certificate, value added tax (VAT) registration, tax payment certificate of the last fiscal year, copy of work efficiency experience certificate and self-declaration application for the work they want to do by depositing Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable) in the account number of Global IME Bank Ltd. of this Neco Insurance Ltd. 03901010008839 and registering it with the voucher at the head office of this company: Bima Bhavan, Dnyaneshwor, Kathmandu, within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice.

Goods to be supplied and services to be provided:

1. Computers, printers, photocopiers, laptops, scanners, CCTV cameras, DVRs, power cables, network devices, routers, network switch cables, various software products, etc. machines and their parts.

2. Supply and repair services related to inverters, UPS, batteries, stabilizers, air conditioners, check writers, solar inverters.

3. Printer ink, cartridge, toner refilling and repair work.

4. Masalanda goods.

5. Livestock tags and tagging machines.

6. Printing related services.

7. Office and cleaning supplies.

8. Vehicle tires, tubes, batteries, and spare parts.

9. Supply and maintenance of wooden and steel furniture, windows and doors.

10. Electrical, plumbing and sanitary fittings related items.

11. Aluminum board, false ceiling and glass partition.

12. Work related to hoarding boards, flex boards, and wall writing.

13. Drinking water, alternative energy related goods.

14. Courier Service (National/International).

15. Office uniform supply related services.

16. Advertising, communication, internet services and air tickets.

17. Insurance services (motor insurance, property insurance, health insurance, accident insurance, etc.).

18. Security guard service.

19. Cosmetic services.

20. Actuarial Valuation related services.

21. D.D.A. (Due Dilligent Audit) Report related services.

Other terms and conditions:

Only those suppliers, firms or companies that are deemed eligible among the applicants received for listing will be listed. If the listed firms or companies do not/are unable to supply the goods in a satisfactory manner and on time, their names may be removed from the list without notice. No claim or objection can be made on this. All rights to list or not to list shall be reserved to this company. No action will be taken on applications received after the deadline.
