Notice regarding registration of existing list

For the purpose of supplying the materials and services mentioned in the schedule in the fiscal year 2082/083, a separate list of interested registered firms/companies, construction entrepreneurs and service providers who have obtained approval to supply the relevant services has to be prepared. Therefore, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned to register within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice during office hours by attaching details of the services to be supplied by them, firm/company registration certificate, permanent account number (PAN) registration certificate, copy of value added tax registration certificate, and application for tax payment certificate of the previous fiscal year.

Details

1. Supply of stationery and office supplies.

2. Printing and publishing related activities.

3. Repair of machinery (laptops, computers, printers, scanners, etc.)

4. Machinery materials (inverter)

5. Repair and painting of buildings and physical structures.

6. Vehicle spare parts and repair work.

7. Water supply and maintenance work.

8. Advertisement publishing, audiovisual material production and publicity related work.

9. Including coffee seeds, polybags and other tools and equipment.

10. Work related to study, research and consultancy services.

Again

No action will be taken against documents submitted after the deadline, without the required certificates attached, or that are not in compliance with the rules.

Only those firms/companies that are deemed eligible among the applicants will be shortlisted. Such shortlisting will be based on the details submitted, capacity, experience and expertise.

To purchase goods and services as per the requirements of the office from the listed firms/companies, you will be requested to participate in the work through sealed quotations or bids.

If the listed companies and firms do not provide satisfactory services and supply goods on time, their names may be removed from the list without notice. No claim can be made against this.
