Notice regarding registration

This organization is required to purchase the specified goods and services required by the organization in the financial year 2082/083 for the purpose of repeated purchases. This notice is published for the information of all concerned. Interested and experienced individuals/firms/companies licensed to transact the related business, along with details of the goods and services to be provided by them, along with copies of company/firm registration and renewal certificate, tax payment certificate and permanent account certificate (including VAT), should submit their applications by opening the envelope and submitting the application within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice during office hours at the General Services Department of the central office of this organization.

Tapasilah

1. Printing related work.

2. Supply of stationery and stationery items.

3. Freight forwarding and courier services.

4. Supply of steel and wooden furniture items.

5. Office equipment: Supply and repair of computers, laptops, printers, photocopiers, scanners, inverters, batteries, CCTV, biometric machines, etc.

6. Supply and refilling of ink, ribbons and cartridges for printer machines etc.

7. Repair work of vehicles, furniture, etc.

8. Insurance work.

9. Plumbing, electrical, networking related work.

10. Supply and repair of electronic and server related goods and services.

Note:

1. If the same firm or company is engaged in business in more than one of the above-mentioned areas, separate list registration applications will have to be submitted for each. ess loco

2. All rights to list or not to list shall remain vested in this organization.

3. The organization will purchase goods or services from the listed firms as per its requirement through quotations. If the listed firm or company fails to provide satisfactory services or supplies the goods, it may be removed from the list without notice. No claim can be made against this anywhere.
