(This notice is published to invite applications from licensed individuals, organizations, suppliers, construction contractors, consultants, non-governmental organizations or service providers interested in supplying and maintaining the following goods and services required for this department in the financial year 2082.83 for registration in the Standing List for the purpose of Public Procurement Regulations, 2064, within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of first publication of this notice.

Documents to be submitted with the application

1. Firm/Company Registration, Permanent Account Number, Value Added Tax Registration, and Tax Payment Certificate for FY 2080/81.

2. Application with written self-declaration.

3. For the above-mentioned goods supply, repair and service related work, separate applications should be registered for each subject. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. The right to approve or reject the applications received will be reserved in this department.
