Notice regarding registration of list

This Federation has been published for the information of all concerned, as the goods and services mentioned in the detailed description required for the financial year 082/83 have to be purchased repeatedly or at once, and therefore, interested firms, organizations and companies that have obtained approval to transact the relevant goods and services are requested to submit an application with separate details for each group within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice.

Group K: Stationery (Masland) and Printing

1. Work related to stationery (Masland) supply

2. All printing and supply related work including annual reports, monthly magazines, books and booklets, pamphlets, bills, invoices, ledgers, accounts etc.

3. Supply of flex, glowboard, hoarding board and signboard etc.

Group B: Electrical and Electronics

4. Electrical and electronics related goods supply and maintenance work

5. Elevator equipment supply and maintenance work

6. Computers, laptops, printers, photocopy machines, toners, cartridges, supplies, refills, and maintenance work.

Group C: Furniture, Furnishings and Fixtures

8. Supply and maintenance of office furniture, furnishings and fixtures (wood, steel, iron, etc.)

9. Office construction/interior decoration/architectural, electrical, painting, civil engineering, etc.

Note: 1. A separate registration form will have to be filled for each group. The registration form can be downloaded from the federation's website www.ncfnepal.com.np.

2. Only suppliers (firms, organizations and companies) deemed eligible based on the details, capabilities, experience and skills attached to the form submitted for listing will be listed.

Documents to be submitted along with the list registration form

1. Certified copy of the organization or firm registration and renewal certificate.

2. Copy of the articles of association, regulations and certificates of experience obtained in other organizations/institutions in the past years.

3. Certified copy of Permanent Account Number and Value Added Tax Registration Certificate.

4. Certified copy of tax payment certificate for FY 2081/082.
