Notice regarding submission of application for listing

This notice has been published for the information of all concerned for the information of all interested agricultural groups, agricultural cooperatives, agricultural firms, agricultural entrepreneurs, agricultural companies, water/forest users' committees from the specified locations under the Paddy Zone, Vegetable Zone and Maize Zone area of Parbat as well as Potato Zone, Bakha Zone and Cardamom Zone area of Baglung for the approved annual program operation of the National Agricultural Modernization Program, Program Implementation Unit, Baglung or Zone Technical Unit, Parbat in the prescribed format along with the following necessary documents.

Details:

1. Paddy Zone: Kushma Na.Pa. All the wards of Modi Ga.Pa. Ward no. 5 and 6, Phalewas Na.Pa. Ward no. 4, 6, 10 and 11, Bihadi Ga.Pa. Ward no. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 Paiyun Ga.Pa. Vesi area of the whole ward

2-9, Kushma N.P. 2. Vegetable Zone: Jaljala Ga.P. Ward No. 2-9, Kushma N.P. All wards of Ga.P. and Modi Ga.P. Ward No. 2, 3, 5 and 7

3. Maize Zone: Phalebas District, Bihadi District and Mahashila District.

4. Bakha Zone: Baglung N.P. Ward No. 12, 13 and 14, all wards of Jaimini N.P. and all wards of Bareng G.P.

Documents to be submitted with the application:

1. Copy of registration certificate and renewal certificate of agricultural group, agricultural cooperative, agricultural firm, agricultural entrepreneur, agricultural company, water/forest user committee

2. Permanent Account No. and copy of tax payment certificate for the previous fiscal year

3. Recommendation letter from the concerned ward office

4. Copy of group and organization decisions

5. In the case of an agricultural firm, entrepreneur, or company, a copy of the land ownership certificate (red paper) or a copy of the land contract agreement specifying the land/location to be cultivated, and in the case of an agricultural group/cooperative/committee, a copy of the decision specifying the area of land to be cultivated.

6. Application as per the format determined by the Program Implementation Unit
