Notice regarding registration to participate in the Zone/Superzone program!

National Agricultural Modernization Program, Program Implementation Unit, Dang. In the fiscal year 2082/83, the zone/superzone development program of the crops/products concerned in the specified areas of the Maize Superzone, Mustard Zone, Bee Zone and Bakha Zone program is to be conducted. Therefore, farmer groups, agricultural cooperatives, farmer entrepreneurs, water/forest users' committees and agricultural firms/companies who are interested in participating in the said zone/superzone development program and were not included in the previous fiscal year are requested to submit their letters of intent along with the necessary details/documents as per the schedule within the specified zone/superzone of the specified crop product to the Program Implementation Unit, Lamahi (Ratodanda) Dang or to the liaison offices Ghorahi and Tulsipur within the office hours of the first publication date 2082/4/15 to 35 days on 2082/5/18. Required documents

1. Application for affixing a stamp of Rs. 10.

2. Copy of registration certificate and audit report of farmer groups, agricultural cooperatives, farmer entrepreneurs and water/forest users' committees.

3. Copy of decision by farmer groups/cooperatives and entrepreneurs with commitment to participate in the program.

4. Permanent Account Number (PAN) Registration Certificate No. of Farmers' Groups, Agricultural Cooperatives, Farmer Entrepreneurs and Water/Forest Users' Committees. Copy of Tax Payment Certificate and Official Active Bank Account Number.

5. Recommendation letter from the concerned local level ward office or agricultural development branch.

6. Copy of the land ownership certificate, copy of the citizenship of the authorized persons and copy of the statute of the farmer groups, agricultural cooperatives, farmer entrepreneurs and consumer committees that wish to be included in the program. At least 5-year lease agreement in case of land being leased and cultivated or intended to be leased.

7. The format as per Schedule 10 regarding the area and production details of crops/commodities planted within the concerned zone, superzone (available from Schedule 10 of the program website piudang.pmamp.gov.np).
