Notice regarding registration of existing list

This company has to register a list as per the Public Procurement Act, 2063 and Public Procurement Regulations, 2064 to carry out/have the following work required for the fiscal year 2082/83, and therefore, this notice has been published for the purpose of registering the interested individuals, firms, organizations or companies licensed to carry out the relevant work in the existing list separately for each group, mentioning the details of the work they wish to perform. Along with the application, a self-declaration that they are not qualified to participate in the procurement process or a written information that they have not been punished for professional misconduct should also be given. Applications received after the due date will not be recognized. Individuals, firms, organizations or companies that have been listed in the previous fiscal year are also advised to submit an application for renewal. The final decision regarding the registration of the list shall lie with the company.

(Group B) Towards Consulting Services

1) Securities brokerage service

2) Legal consulting services (preference given to firms and individuals experienced in corporate law/securities market related legal services)

3) Interior Design (Office Layout and Construction)

4) Securities-related study, research, fundamental and technical analysis and consulting services

Advertisement service and information publication

6) Internet service

7) Information technology consulting services

8) Manpower supply service

9) Providing expert services including conducting training, symposiums and seminars

Documents to be submitted with the application:

1) Copy of the firm registration and renewal certificate.

2) Copy of permanent account and value added tax registration and renewal certificate.

3) Copy of tax payment certificate for fiscal year 2080/81.

4) Self-declaration application stating that one is not disqualified or blacklisted as per prevailing law.

5) In the case of brokerage services, including the company profile and audit report for the fiscal year 2080/81.

6) Securities brokerage service providers must submit an application as per the format provided on the company's website http://nagariksd.com.np/Downloads.
