Since it is necessary to provide X-Ray Machine With DR System to expand the service at Mircheya Hospital under this municipality, the interested licensed manufacturing company, its authorized seller/official seller may submit copies of Firm/Company Registration, Agency Registration Certificate, Letter of Authorization, M.A. Tax Registration and Tax Payment Certificate of FY 2080/81, certified by Notary Public, along with the official specification, price and quality (catalog/brochure) of the medical equipment required for health services, as per Rule 31 (b) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2064 (including amendments), and seal it within 7 (seven) days (in case of public holiday, office hours of the next day when the office is open) from the date of publication of this notice for the information of the concerned manufacturers or authorized sellers to be listed in the existing list. 3. Comprehensive warranty for 3 years after installation.
