As per Rule 18 of the Public Procurement Regulations, 2064, a current list has to be prepared for the current fiscal year 2082/083, this notice has been published for all concerned to come and register with the Provincial Cooperative Registrar Office, Madhesh Province, Janakpurdham by attaching the documents as per the details.

Details:

a) Certificate of registration of the organization or firm.

b) Permanent Account No. or Value Added Tax Registration Certificate.

c) Tax payment certificate.

d) Professional license as required.
