Notice regarding submission of applications for listing of health institutions that conduct health examinations of workers going to Israel for foreign employment

In relation to Writ No. 081-WO-1288, the Hon'ble High Court, Patan, in the name of this Ministry, has ordered the listing of Nepal Medicity Hospital, Star Hospital, Hospital for Advanced Medicine and Surgery (HAMS) Hospital, Manmohan Memorial Medical College and Teaching Hospital and Kistal Diagnostic Pvt. Ltd., designated as per the bilateral agreement dated 2081.12.06 to conduct health check-ups of Nepali workers going for foreign employment in Israel, by completing the legal process as per Rule 45A of the Foreign Employment Regulations, 2064, including Sub-rule (1), as per the decision/order to list the five mentioned health institutions. Therefore, the five mentioned health institutions have to be listed in accordance with Rule 45A of the Foreign Employment Regulations, 2064. This notice has been published to submit an application for listing to this Ministry within 10 days from the date of publication of the notice pursuant to Sub-rule (1) of Section 3 of the Procedure for Listing, Renewal and Monitoring of Health Institutions Conducting Health Examinations of Workers Going for Foreign Employment, 2072, attaching the documents as per Sub-rule (4). The listed institutions submitting the application are also informed that they will have to pay the deposit amount and listing fee as per Sub-rule (6) of Rule 45 A.
