Honorable High Court of Patan, in the writ petition No. 081-WO-1288, on 2081.12.06, a mandate order was issued to list five health institutions to conduct health check-ups of Nepali workers going to Israel for foreign employment. Based on the decision of the Expert Committee dated 2082.04.27, the following four health institutions have been listed as per the decision of the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Security dated 2082.04.29 and the listing process has been suspended for the time being in the case of one health institution mentioned in the mandate.
