Farmers groups/cooperatives/water/forest users' committees/firms/companies interested in registering/renewing their registrations within the scope of this program in the Paddy Superzone, Banana Zone, Fish Zone, Gaivani Zone, Paddy Zone and Vegetable Zone operating under the National Agricultural Modernization Program, Program Implementation Unit, Bardiya, are requested to register/renew their registrations with this office by 2082/05/15 along with the documents mentioned below.

Documents to be submitted with the application:

1. A completed form for registration with an application affixed with a Rs. 10 stamp.

2. Copy of the registration certificate of the farmers' group/cooperative/firm/company/consumer committee.

3. Copy of the PAN No. of the Farmers' Group/Cooperative/Firm/Company/Consumer Committee and the tax payment certificate for the fiscal year 2081/82.

4. Copy of the decision of the farmers' group/cooperative consumer committee and copy of the citizenship of the members of the board of directors.
