Information regarding existing registration

Since a list of goods and services to be supplied by the Midwestern University, Examination Management Office, Birendranagar, Surkhet in the fiscal year 2082/2083 has to be prepared, the persons, firms, institutions and companies who have obtained a license for the relevant work, who have met the qualifications, along with the necessary documents and a self-declaration that they are not blacklisted, should submit an application for registration of the list to this office within the office hours of the 15th day (the first day the office is open if it is a holiday) from the date of publication of the notice in the format as per Schedule-2 (a) related to Sub-rule 1 of Rule 18 of the Public Procurement Regulations 2064, along with the necessary documents and a self-declaration that they are not blacklisted. This notice has been published. While registering the application, the details of the work that you want to register should be clearly filled in a separate envelope outside the envelope.

Documents to be submitted by the applicant:

1. In the written application, affix a stamp of Rs. 10, copy of the firm and company, permanent account number, VAT registration and tax payment certificate for the financial year 2080/2081.

2. If you have experience working in any government agency or organization, a copy certified by a notary public.

3. A written commitment letter to provide the requested goods and services on time must be submitted.

Other information

1. Applications submitted after the deadline, without a certified copy of the required certificate attached, or without the required form will not be listed.

2. If listed individuals, firms, organizations or companies do not supply goods and services satisfactorily, they may be removed from the list, and no claim can be made against this.

3. This office shall have the sole right to list or not list individuals, firms, organizations or companies.

4. The above-mentioned existing list will be valid only for the year 1083.
