Notice regarding registration of list

According to Section 6 (a) of the Public Procurement Act 2063 and Rule 18 of the Public Procurement Regulations 2064 (amended), for procurement work to be carried out by a public body under the same Act, the concerned office shall prepare a separate list of suppliers, construction contractors, consultants, non-governmental organizations or service providers according to the nature of such procurement. Eligible firms, organizations/institutions or individuals who are interested in being registered in the new existing list in the fiscal year 2082/083 are hereby informed to apply to this office within 15 days, clearly stating the group they wish to be listed.

1. Copies of the following documents must be attached with the application.

A. Certificate of registration of the organization or firm,

B. Permanent Account Number or Value Added Tax Registration Certificate,

C. Tax payment certificate for the previous fiscal year,

D. In the case of an individual, a copy of the citizenship certificate,

E. Documents or evidence showing that the group wishing to be listed is qualified and capable of performing the work.

2. If listed as such, no firm, organization or individual shall be able to participate in the procurement process by any public body without fulfilling the qualifications prescribed in accordance with the Public Procurement Act and Regulations. The office may involve those listed in the existing list in the procurement process as required, within the scope of the Act and Regulations, according to the nature of the work.

3. In the application, the applicant must declare that the work undertaken to be performed as per the agreement with any public body has not been left incomplete or that there are no outstanding taxes, fees or liabilities due to any public body, and that there are no restrictions or blacklists on such work under the prevailing law.

4. Any listed firm, organization or individual may be removed from the list at any time if the relevant body receives information that any work undertaken under an agreement with any body in accordance with the prevailing law has not been completed on time or correctly, or that taxes and other liabilities owed to the government have not been paid.

5. In the case of other matters not covered in this notice, the Public Procurement Act and Regulations and other prevailing laws shall apply. Refining
