For the purchase of kits, chemicals, accessories and parts and maintenance related consultancy services as proprietary goods (Close Item) in the year 2082.083, the authorized sellers (proprieters) of the respective manufacturing companies as per the provisions of Section 41(1)(c) of the Public Procurement Act 2063, the companies/firms interested in being listed should submit the firm registration certificate with renewal, VAT registration certificate, letter from the authorized seller of the respective company, certified copies of the tax payment certificate of the last year and retail and dealer sales price list along with the rates of the kits, chemicals and main/main parts (System Pac Reagent & Disposables) used in the mentioned machines within 15 days (2082/04/23) of the office hours.
