This notice has been published to register the list of the following goods and services to be supplied by the Mechi Multiple Campus Bhadrapur Jhapa for the financial year 2082/083 as per Rule 49 (q) of Chapter 11 of the Financial Management and Procurement Rules 2050 (Amended) of Tribhuvan University for the procurement of goods and consultancy and other services as per the details mentioned in the notice. This notice has been published to register the list at this campus office within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice.

2. Work related to the supply of textbooks and reference books

3. Printing related tasks

4. Photocopiers, computers, printers, telephone sets, etc. and spare parts

5. Supply and repair of electrical equipment

6. Supply and repair of electronic equipment (computers, laptops, printers, photocopiers, scanners, refrigerators, ACs, water purifiers, filters, CCTVs).

7. Hardware and network installation related work

8. Plumbing material supply and repair work

9. Supply and repair of wooden and steel furniture

10. Construction material supply and maintenance work

11. Scientific instruments and chemical supplies

12. Vehicle (Car Scorpio and Motorcycle) materials and maintenance work

13. Consulting and other services required by the office

Details to be submitted by the applicant:

Copy of firm registration and certificate (renewable FY 2080/081)

Copy of Permanent Account Number (PAN) and VAT Registration Certificate

Copy of tax payment certificate up to FY 2080/081.

Note: Listed shops and suppliers registered for VAT will be given first preference.
