1. Only those vendors, firms and companies that are deemed eligible among the applicants to be listed will be listed. The details submitted will be taken into account while listing them.

2. All documents required at the time of registration (domestic or company registration certificate, tax payment certificate and other documents (copies) must be submitted with the application.

3. Listed vendors and firms may be requested to participate in quotations, bids, or auctions to purchase goods and services as per the requirements of this financial institution.

4. Sellers and firms to be listed will be informed of their listing through a letter and an annual agreement may also be made.

5. The organization shall have the right to complete or partially complete the work related to the above-mentioned goods and services or not. If the listed firms and companies do not supply satisfactory services and goods on time, they may be removed from the list without notice. No claim can be made against this.
