Manjushree Finance Limited (MFL) invites application for enlisting firms/companies for supply of goods and services for FY 2082/83 within 15 days of the notice.

Documents to be submitted with enlisting application

1 Copy of firm/company registration and PAN/VAT certificate, 2

Updated MOA/AOA of Company /partnership deed and share lagat

Copy of audited financial statements and tax clearance certif-icate of FY 2080/081.

Directors list duly certified by company secretary/managing director.

Company Profile showing relevant experience with BFIs along with experience/ reference letter from existing clients.

Self-declaration confirming that the firm/company, or any of its directors, partners or proprietor has not been blacklisted.

Other information

Applicants shall submit their application and document along with the application form purchased from the General Service Department, Head office New Baneshwor.

Applicants must deposit non-refundable fee of NPR 1000.00 in account no 9300008022. The Deposit voucher must include the company name and must be submitted along with the application form.

Eligible firms/companies among the applications received will be listed based on their past work experience, capacity and expertise.

MFL reserves all the rights for listing/non listing/delisting of firms/companies. All the listed vendors shall be notified by MFL.

Quotations or sealed bid tenders for relevant supply of goods/service may be called from listed firms/companies as per the requirement of MFL.

MFL may enter into an agreement with any of the firms/companies for the relevant supply of goods and services.
