Notice regarding registration of existing list

This office has to prepare a list of suppliers of goods and services as per the details to be purchased in bulk in the upcoming financial year 2082/83, so interested licensed registered individuals, firms and companies are requested to submit a copy of the license certificate (including renewal) clearly stating the purpose of the work they intend to do, a copy of the permanent account number/value added tax certificate, tax payment certificate for the financial year 2080/81, along with address, phone number, mobile number and email address, along with the documents with qualifications mentioned in the application form, and get listed in the standing list of this office within 15 days (if that day falls on a public holiday, then the first day the office is open thereafter) from the date of publication of this notice. This notice has been published in accordance with Regulation 25 of the Financial Administration Regulations, 2075. The application form can also be obtained from the General Services Department of this office and the website of Mahila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. (www.mlbsl.com.np). While submitting the application, the details mentioned in the application form should be filled in correctly and submitted along with the necessary documents. In addition, the application can also be sent to the email address of this office at [email protected]. If the details and qualification documents mentioned in the application form are not submitted or the applicant does not meet the specified qualifications, he/she will not be included in the existing list. This organization reserves the right to include or not the applicant in the list. For other necessary information, the General Administration Department of this office can be contacted.
