Notice regarding listing

In order to supply the goods and services mentioned in the details required for the academic year 2082/083 to this university, as per Section 6 (a) of the Public Procurement Act, for the procurement to be made pursuant to Sub-section (1) of Section 31, Clause (a) of Sub-section (1) of Section 41 and Section 46 of the same Act, a separate list has to be prepared as provided in Rule 18 of the Public Procurement Regulations 2064, individuals, firms, companies, vendors, authorized vendors or distributors who wish to be listed in the list (Standing List) are requested to register an application in the format as per Schedule 2 (a) with the Administration Branch under the Office of the Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of this university within 15 days from the date of first publication of this notice, along with copies of license, registration certificate, PAN or VAT registration certificate and tax payment certificate up to the academic year 2080/081 and other evidence. This notice is published for the information of all concerned. Incomplete applications will not be registered. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any application received. The format as per Schedule 2 (a) can also be obtained from the University website www.lbu.edu.np
